Our Approach

At Aoibhneas, we work alongside women and children with care, respect and understanding. Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed practice, ensuring that every person feels safe, supported and heard.

We provide confidential, non-judgemental support that is tailored to everyone’s needs. We recognise the strength it takes to reach out, and we are committed to empowering women and children to move forward in their own way, at their own pace.

Our work is guided by collaboration, continuous learning and a deep commitment to safety, recovery and long-term wellbeing.

We meet women and children where they are.
