Dilshani has been HR Coordinator at Aoibhneas since 2025 and brings over 18 years of experience working across multicultural organisations in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. Throughout her career, she has held management roles and developed extensive expertise in recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and organisational development.

She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Northampton, alongside advanced qualifications in Human Resource Management and Information Systems. Her experience combines strategic HR practice with a strong focus on supporting organisational and workforce development.
