William Fagan, Director
William is a strategic management, development and operations professional with over 25 years diverse experience in both public and private sector developments, including Agri Food, Renewables, Wastewater treatment, Pharma, Office fit out, High end Residential developments, Commercial retail, Industrial, Education and Conservation. He holds a strong track record in senior leadership teams, commercial and resource management, planning, development and operations. Complimented by a proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary, cross functional teams and manage complex programmes, and developments.
William joined the board of Aoibhneas in 2025 to advise on Capital Development and Strategy. He is also a member of the boards sub-committee on Strategy.
He holds primary degrees in construction and energy management, an MBA from TU Dublin and a MSc in Sustainability Leadership from University of Galway. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Arbitration from UCD Sunderland School of Law. William is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building since 2014, currently holding the CIOB’s Fellow member designation.
