Selene Alford, Director

Selene Alford is a strategic communications leader with 15 years’ experience in both in-house and consultancy roles. She specialises in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, and brand positioning, with a strong track record advising senior executives and delivering impactful communication strategies.

Her primary expertise lies in the aircraft leasing industry, having worked with GECAS and AerCap. Before that, she held roles at leading PR firms including Powerscourt Group, MKC Communications, and Hopscotch Systeme Europe, advising clients such as SMBC Aviation Capital, Goldman Sachs, Salesforce, Google, and McCann FitzGerald.

She holds a First Class Honours Degree in Business and French from Dublin City University and Reims Management School, France, as well as a postgraduate qualification in public relations and event management.

Selene joined the Board of Aoibhneas in 2023 and serves on its Risk Sub-Committee.
