Bláthnaid Evans, Company Secretary

Bláthnaid is a Partner & Head of Employment and Corporate Immigration in Leman with over twelve years of experience advising Irish and international clients on all aspects of employment law. Bláthnaid advises on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment to terminating the employment relationship. Her experience would also include general advice on working time structures, internal investigations, grievances, disciplinary processes and procedures, as well as the preparation and review of employment contracts, employee handbooks, and other ancillary human resources policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and best practice.

Blathnaid holds an honours degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin and a Postgraduate diploma in Employment Law from UCD.
