Grace McCormack, Head of Services

Grace has worked with Aoibhneas since 2015, starting as a frontline Keyworker and progressing into leadership roles, including Social Care Leader and Refuge Coordinator, before becoming Head of Services in 2026.

She holds degrees in Social Care Practice and Child, Family and Community Studies, along with additional qualifications in leadership, crisis management and supervision. Grace has extensive experience across homelessness, housing, education and domestic abuse services.

Grace is passionate about social justice, women’s rights, advocacy and female leadership. She is committed to maintaining a strong values-based approach to service delivery, with a focus on professional accountability, integrity, collaboration and high-quality support for women and children.
