Declan Daly, Director

Declan Daly is Head of Child Protection Policy for Cybersmarties Limited. Declan represents the company internationally to promote the education and protection of children from cyberbullying and online exploitation.

Declan was previously Detective Chief Superintendent with An Garda Siochana, leading the Garda National Protective Services Bureau. Over many years Declan was operational and policy lead for Domestic Abuse, Sexual Abuse , Online Child Exploitation, Sex Offender Management, and Human Trafficking.

Declan holds a BL in law, Business Management and Human Rights from Limerick University.

He has been on the Board since 2022.
